Warranty & Guarantee Policy

All-Purpose Power Wash, Limited Liability Company (Registered on April 26, 2004) is committed to providing customers with top-tier power washing services and products of superior quality. We understand that trust stems from reliable results, which is why we offer robust after-sales support and guarantees for both our services and the physical products we sell.

1. Power Washing Service Guarantee

• Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our power washing services. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning results in the serviced areas, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to touch up the affected areas at no additional cost.

• Service Exclusions: Our guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage revealed during the cleaning process (such as chipped paint, loose siding, oxidized aluminum, or degraded wood/concrete), nor does it cover new staining or dirt accumulation that occurs after our service is completed.

2. Physical Product Warranty (If applicable)

• Manufacturing Defect Coverage: We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 180 days from the date of purchase on any physical products or equipment sold.

• Coverage Scope: This warranty covers any quality issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

• Product Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

When submitting a claim, please include your order or invoice number and attach clear photos of the defect or the area requiring a touch-up. This will allow our team to arrange a replacement, repair, or follow-up visit for you as quickly as possible.
