We understand that, occasionally, the products you receive may not fully meet your needs. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to clarify your rights and our return processing procedures, particularly for our customers located in Europe.

1. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period extends beyond the standard 14-day "cooling-off period" mandated by European consumer laws, providing you with extra peace of mind when purchasing sophisticated devices such as smart bait boats or window cleaning robots.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and in Original Condition: The product must show no signs of wear, stains, or moisture damage (this is particularly important for outdoor fishing gear and cleaning tools).

Complete Original Packaging: All components, accessories, user manuals, and protective packaging materials must be included.

You must provide the corresponding receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and technical considerations, the following items are generally not eligible for return, unless they arrived with a manufacturing defect:

Used Consumable Accessories (e.g., used cleaning pads, brush heads, or opened bait containers).

Products that have suffered short circuits or damage due to improper operation in water (specifically for fishing boats) or due to failure to follow the guidelines outlined in the user manual.

Gift cards and downloadable software products.

4. How to Initiate a Return

In your email, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return; if the item has a manufacturing defect, please also attach relevant photos or videos. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number and inform you of the correct return shipping address.


Important Note: Please do not ship items directly to our registered legal address (211 E MONROE STREET #4, LEADVILLE CO 80461, US) without our prior confirmation, as our fulfillment centers may be located elsewhere. 5. Return Shipping Costs


Defective Items or Shipping Errors: If an item is found to be defective upon unpacking, or if we shipped the incorrect item, Sweets Delicatesse LLC will cover all return shipping costs.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons (Change of Mind): If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong specifications/style, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs yourself.

6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection process at our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to inform you whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, we will process the refund immediately; the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within [e.g., 7-10] business days.

Please note that for returns resulting from a "change of mind," the original shipping costs incurred for the order (if any) are non-refundable.
