Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
All-Purpose Power Wash, Limited Liability Company (Registered on April 26, 2004) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our power washing services and physical products (if applicable). Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal (For Applicable Jurisdictions) If you are a customer in a jurisdiction that mandates a cooling-off period (such as the EU's 14-day rule), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

Physical Goods: The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt.

Services: The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of booking. Note: If you explicitly request our power washing services to begin before the 14-day period expires, you lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully completed.

2. Return and Cancellation Conditions A. Physical Goods (If applicable):

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
B. Power Washing Services:

Service Appointments: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, or if our crew arrives and is unable to access the property to perform the work, any deposit paid may be non-refundable, and a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Refund Process After receiving your returned goods or processing your valid service cancellation request:

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
4. Service Quality Guarantee & Defective Goods

Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the power washing service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to rectify the issue (e.g., re-washing the specific area). Refunds for completed services are issued solely at the discretion of our management team.

Defective Goods: If a physical product you received was damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly, or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Fully completed power washing services (unless a major deficiency is reported and cannot be corrected).

Physical goods that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Gift cards or customized items.
6. Order and Appointment Cancellation

Physical Orders: Cancellation is only allowed before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Service Appointments: Must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid penalty.
7. On-Site Payment and Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD Orders (Physical goods): Full payment must be made to the courier upon delivery. Refused deliveries will be considered returned orders, and future COD privileges may be revoked.

For Services: Unless prepaid online, full payment is due upon the completion of the power washing service on-site.
